Nick Fleck

Nick Fleck, expert in so many facets of nature, founder of our club, poet, teacher for many decades at Northfield Mount Hermon School, and good friend of many of us died on Friday, June 12, 2026 of an infection and heart attack in hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts. Nick was 90 years old. 

Nick taught High School Enlgish for forty years. He loved birding, hiking, poetry, the journals of Henry David Thoreau, and classical music.
